We're looking for the Accountant to join our team in Chisinau.

What you will do:

• Payroll preparation and review;
• Generate weekly reports;        
• Expenses tracking;
• Send notices on payments, on correct usage of the applications
• Send warning emails regarding the outstanding balance by e-mail;
• Answer the calls and reply to the text messages/emails, if needed;
• Other tasks may be added or adjusted.

Required competencies:

• Experience in accounting.
• Romanian, Russian language - proficient level. English language – intermediate.
• Power Point, G. Sheet, Microsoft, other digital/web tools are welcomed.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in managing and data and documents.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication abilities for clear and concise reporting and correspondence.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Confidentiality and Ethical Conduct: Strong sense of discretion, integrity, able to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
