Web UI developer (Chisinau)

Pentalog Agency in Chisinau is the 2nd largest from all 8 agencies of Pentalog Group. The development teams comprise 100 professionals who are working on 8 complex and interesting projects. The main languages and technologies used are: Java/J2EE, C/C++, .NET, PHP, Flash.

More concretely, for our Swiss partner – well-known perfume producer, we are expanding the dedicated team and we are selecting 3 new specialists. For the role of Web UI Developer, we invite you to join us if you are a passionate, highly prepared person with a good capacity to capture an overview image of the entire development process.

Your responsibilities :

- Implement page designs in standards-compliant using HTML and CSS;
- Implement functionality in JavaScript;
- Communicate designs through static screens, mockups and interactive prototypes;
- Work with usability engineers (including from the client side) to translate findings from user research and validate your development;
- Propose, explain and promote new interface guidelines and design patterns;
- Drive product designs from visual design to implementation;
- Stay informed of advances in interactive techniques, technologies and methods, and adapting to rapidly evolving industry space;
- Frequent travels in Geneva.
Cerinte:
- A technical background in Computer Science;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing Web UI;
- Strong Web development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery;
- Knowledge of Java or PHP – an advantage;
- Advanced understanding of and experience with user-centered interaction design principles and UI ergonomics;
- Strong ability to look at problems from user, designer and developer point of view;
- Excellent English writing skills and clear verbal communicator;
- Ability to meet deadlines, proactivity;
- Team player attitude and attention to details.
