Web designer

• 2+ years of professional web design experience
• A contemporary style; and not just UX. Our next designer will disrupt drifts and set new standards before the market trends
• Ability to translate business requirements and user goals into effective design solutions
• Proven flare to identify conflicting design requirements and constructively solve problems for the end-user’s best interests
• Good English (read, write, speak)
• Solid grounds to work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to juggle several projects and deadlines simultaneously
• The sage of creativity and attention to details
• Photoshop (Advanced)
• Illustrator (Medium)
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Flash / Action script is a plus

• Create visual identities (logo, websites) and online advertising material (banners, posters etc).
• Produce innovative, engaging and effective designs that meet technical requirements and user needs
• Perform enhancements to the websites that will be required on an on-going basis.

The salary depends on abilities of candidate from 300 eur to 1 000 eur.
