UI/UX Designer - VR / Mobile Gaming

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in mobile gaming UI/UX and experience in VR gaming. The ideal candidate understands cognitive development, accessibility, and age-specific design to create engaging and intuitive experiences for diverse player demographics.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design engaging UI/UX for hyper-casual and multiplayer mobile games.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for VR gaming experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize game interfaces.
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to ensure seamless UI integration.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and VR applications.
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction design for maximum engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and VR UX best practices.


What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile gaming. 
- Experience in VR gaming (Oculus, HTC Vive, etc.) is a big plus. 
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile game UI for kids and VR interfaces. 
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. ✔ Understanding of user psychology, cognitive load, and usability principles. 
- Ability to translate complex interactions into simple, engaging user experiences. 
- Familiarity with Unity for UI integration is a plus. 
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Job Details
- Salary: ~3,000 EUR gross
- Location: Fully remote
- Company: Product-based
- Schedule: 8-hour workday (European time) + 1-hour break
- Bonuses: Performance-based (from $300 to $2,000)
