About the Role
You will handle customer reservations and respond to pre- and post-travel inquiries via phone and email. Your goal is to provide clear, effective solutions while continuously improving your product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with bookings and travel-related inquiries.
Collaborate with sales and booking teams to streamline customer interactions.
Escalate technical issues and support resolution efforts.
Share insights to enhance the customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Proficiency in English (B2+); additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage challenging conversations with professionalism.
Availability to work from the office.
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
