What You’ll Do

Assist customers with bookings, itinerary changes, and post-travel support.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and effective solutions.
Work closely with sales and booking teams to enhance customer interactions.
Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service processes.


What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, ideally in travel or hospitality.
Proficiency in English (B2+); additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first approach.
Availability to work from the office.
