Senior c# (.net) developer

We are currently growing and seek to expand our team with a C# (.net) Developer.
Required skills:
 Experience with C#, .net 3.5 or .net 4.0;
 Experience with ASP.NET;
 Knowledge of object oriented programming and design (solid);
 Developer experience with one of CRUD tools (Linq to Sql, Ado.net, EF);
 Knowledge with concurrent programming and asynchronous programming model (TPL, PLINQ);
 Experience with agile methodologies (TDD);
 Experience with Xml processing tools;
Optional skills:
- Mono 2.10;
 Server side programming;
 Service oriented programming;
 Design Patterns (Gof);
 Unix.
Expected knowledge and abilities:
 Responsibility and autonomy to work independently
 Self-organizing abilities
 Analysis and critical thinking skills
 Knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a definite plus
