In this position, you’ll address customer inquiries and oversee ticket bookings.

Main Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer questions via phone and email, providing travel options;
- Sharing detailed information about ticket prices, schedules, and availability;
- Making reservations based on customer needs and budgets;
- Promoting and selling our travel services;
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English (B2+);
- Strong communication and organizational abilities;
- Previous experience in travel services or sales is preferred;
- Capability to manage multiple tasks independently;
- Quick learner with effective time management skills;
- Availability to work night shifts;
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
