Sales Manager

Company:
Luxury local hotel.

The main responsibilities:
• Responsibly represent the hotel, making proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers to solicit, explain, negotiate and close hotel sales;
• Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market;
•Develop and implement creative sales channels, including web-searching.


Requirements for candidate:
• University degree and 3 to 5 years sales experience required;
• Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English;
• Good command of sales, negotiation & organizing skills;
• Support of all sales team members when required.
