Job Description:
As a Remote Truck Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the movement of trucks to ensure timely delivery of goods. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize truck routes, communicate with drivers, and ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with our clients, drivers, and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently plan and dispatch truck routes based on client requirements and driver availability
Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of goods
Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to clients
Resolve any operational issues or delays that may arise during transit
Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the transportation industry
Strong knowledge of different types of trucks, including Box Trucks, Hotshots, Power Only, and Dry Van
Proficiency in using dispatching software and transportation management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Compensation:
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a commission structure of 2% from the gross, providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income based on your performance and the success of our operations.
