IT-company Bonuscart opens its representative office in Kishinev. We are developing and promoting the CartaMe application. This is a unique project, which has no analogues yet - a single virtual loyalty card, which contains discounts, promotions, coupons, discount programs, cashback payments! Thanks to CartaMe, you no longer have to carry hundreds of plastic discount cards in your wallet.
The company head office is located in Belarus. The CartaMe project is developing well in its country. It's time to make it international.
In connection with the opening of the office, we are looking for a director (manager) of a new branch.
The main responsibilities of the director include:
Gathering a team. Team management
Search for partners for the CartaMe project among retailers and banks.
Organization and integration of loyalty programs of retailers (banks) and CartaMe.
Mass attraction of users to the application.
How we see the director of the branch:
Age from 30 years.
Higher education.
Mandatory work experience of 3 years:
In the top management of retail, or
the head of a major marketing agency, or
manager of the corporate block of a large bank providing services for retail.
Experience in managing employees - from 2 years.
to travel.
Increased resistance to stress, responsibility, willingness to work in multitasking mode.
English not lower than B2.
Confident PC user.
The presence of a car is mandatory.
