QA automation engineer (remote)

KeborMed is US corporation, providing connectivity services to healthcare device manufacturers. The company is based in Cleveland, OH, but our development team is located in Europe (Romania, Moldova and Portugal). The KeborMed team is growing and we are looking for passionate people who like to get stuff done, who can always focus on the big picture, and are ready to keep learning and improving, no matter how long they've been in the business.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Planning, designing, and developing automation test framework.
- Lead planning, implementation, and execution of automation test framework.
- Provide long-term solutions for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Automate tests using defined approaches and best practices.
- Code reviews.

Skills:
- Proven experience in architecting automation test framework and helping with adoption of same.
- Proven experience in implementing test strategies, and test plans.
- Experience in programming languages like C# / JAVA/ nodeJS.
- Proven experience in using best practices and coding standards.
- Expert in automation frameworks such as xUnit, Selenium, and Appium.
- Experience in automating Desktop applications, Web applications, and API.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in developing and improving automation testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in GIT.

Education and/or work experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of experience QA testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, JMeter, or similar tools
- Excellent leadership skills
- Working experience within an Agile environment
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills
