Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement operations, ensuring cost efficiency and supplier reliability;
Negotiate contracts with international suppliers, securing optimal terms;
Analyze inventory & demand trends, planning strategic orders;
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal standards;
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Logistics;
3+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing;
Advanced negotiation & analytical skills with a proven track record;
Fluency in English, Romanian & Russian;
Proficiency in MS Office & 1C ERP software;
Strong leadership & problem-solving abilities.
