Your responsibilities
- Work in our CRM system.
- Make sure delivery process goes smoothly, giving great customer experience to our clients
- Update the current location and status of drivers
- Make outgoing calls to inform clients of their delivery.
- Answer calls/emails from clients and drivers.
- Input data into spreadsheets.

Our requirements
- English (B2-C1)
- Speak English Fluently
- Good with PC
- Ability to work in the night shift.
