Marketing Director

The company:
One of the national leaders and one of the most famous wine producers from Moldova

Responsibilities:
•Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan for national and international markets.
•Implement strategic plan with assistance of project manager
•Work directly with sales and channel partners to support their efforts
•Develop a strategic decision-making , prioritization and governance process
•Manage and motivate team of highly skilled sales and marketing professionals
•Identify areas of process improvement, i.e. product/project management
•Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices
•Manage marketing budget for all staffing, resources, and capital purchase
•Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools
•Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results
•Perform market segmentation, targeting and positioning for each product line.
•Manage integrated online/offline, search engine marketing, advertising, public relations, exhibitions, trade activities, other campaign to generate demand and sales leads

Qualifications & Experience:
•University degree, MBA preferred
•Minimum 7 years experience in a marketing management position
•Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
•Strong project management and performance measurement skills
•Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
•Exception written and verbal communication skills
•Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns
•Strong computer skills
•Effective time management, organization and leadership skills.
