To offer enhanced information services support to our team members, Pedersen & Partners seeks to hire a Lotus Notes Developer.

Responsibilities:
- Develop CRM applications in Lotus Notes / Domino
- Keep a structured and up-to-date documentation and notes of all assigned projects
- Create User Manuals

Profile:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with Notes client and web application development
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Lotus Script and Formula language
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript and XPages is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; international work experience is a benefit;
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary;
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards;
- Humble, practical, hands-on attitude, flexible, able to cope with high level management consulting issues as well as practical daily duties.
