Job Title: HR Administrator & Office Administrator
Employment Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 9:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break).
Location: Chisinau, Moldova.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator with strong Office Administration skills to support daily HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role combines human resources administration and general office management responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Administration
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Support the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leave applications, and benefits administration (e.g., sick leave, annual leave, etc.).
- Coordinate employee training sessions, performance reviews, and related HR events.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and act as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and inputting relevant employee data.

Office Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaners, IT support, maintenance).
- Maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for staff members if needed

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
-Minimum of 1-3 years in an HR administrative or office administration role.
- Experience in handling HR documentation and office management tasks.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
