Front-end React developer (relocate to Wroclaw, Poland)

This job will be in the office, hybrid mode, in Wrocław, Poland in very fashion place — Concordia Design.

Please Note: Our client considering candidates who can start work in the company from day 1 only in Wrocław. It is not possible to pass the probation period from other country and then move to Wrocław.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the development team to create high-quality web and mobile solutions.
- Lead front-end projects, ensuring timely and exceptional deliverables.
- Build and maintain responsive, scalable UI/UX designs using tools like Figma.
- Utilize your expertise in React and React Native to develop and optimize web and mobile applications.
- Implement and manage state management solutions such as Redux.
- Write and maintain clean, reusable code, adhering to industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work with automated testing tools to ensure code quality and stability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

- 3+ years of commercial experience with React.js.
- Hands-on experience with mobile development using React Native.
- Familiarity with JavaScript (4+ years) and TypeScript (2+ years).
- Previous experience in a product-based company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Redux and state management tools.
- Experience with Next.js 1+ years

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in CSS-in-JS frameworks or Tailwind.css.
- Familiarity with Git and version control platforms like Bitbucket.
- Ability to work with OAuth, JWT tokens, and other security standards.

Soft Skills:

- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for innovation and professional growth.

Additional Requirements:

- Professional fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel to the USA when required.
- Flexibility to work from the Wrocław office.
