Food Service Manager
About the company:
A well-established organization in Moldova within the event management field.
General responsibilities:
• Review production planning to forecasted covers
• Track and complete ordering and vendor contacts and oversee overall quality in the operation
• Hires, trains and schedules staff for all Dining Services operations
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations

Main requirements:
• Candidate will have a working knowledge of public alimentation, catering, retail services
• Staff Supervisory experience. Experience with food service accounting, catering.
• A degree in culinary arts or a related field ( strong advantage)
• Romanian and Russian- advanced knowledge, English- at least intermediate level
• Ability to operate a personal computer and various software programs.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Driving license ( B. category) and proven driving experience is an advantage
