We are a US based company with over 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA, looking for a Customer Support Representative WITH EXPERIENCE.
Every EXPERIENCED dispatcher&broker will receive proper training of our inside TMS, adequate tools that would give you great opportunities to learn much more about the business, as well as an opportunity to become part of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Daily communication with customers;
• Controlling your shipments;
• Answering incoming calls from clients and vendors.
• Working with data;
• Develop new customer and broker relationships;
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned;
• Communication with drivers and team
Qualifications:
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred);
• Communication, self-organization, and leadership skills;
• Upper-Intermediate and upper English level is required;
• Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player;
• Ability to learn quickly.
