Dispatcher

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with drivers and ensure on-time arrivals
- Monitor and track the movement of 10 trucks
- Optimize routes for efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Compensation:*
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Percentage of the gross, ranging from 1.4% to 2%
