Competitive salary
Up to 2.0% from the gross or fixed rate per month
Working hours from 3 pm - 12 am midnight Monday - Friday

- Previous proven work experience in the same position
- High negotiation and communication skills
- Advanced English knowledge
- Stress resistance and ability to manage and remain result oriented in non-standard situations.
- Plan and schedule driver's routes
- Use basic computer systems and programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, etc) to keep track of your drivers and their loads.
- To follow assigned trucks and give instructions to the drivers
- To solve unexpected issues faced by the drivers and support the drivers with the necessary information
