We the Management of Park Plaza Hotel are currently looking for individuals to help us push boundaries, break new ground and take the hospitality industry into bold, uncharted areas. Unique opportunities currently exist within the:
Customer Service Department.

Skills
Must have good communication skills.
Must have a good approach to work.
Must have a good understanding of the English language.
Must have a attained a good level of Education.

Job Responsibilities

Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Handle product recalls.
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
