Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to drive our growth by establishing strategic partnerships and expanding our customer base. This role involves promoting our IT services, including outsourcing, outstaffing, and IT consulting, and representing the company at both global and local conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partner companies.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote IT services, including outsourcing, outstaffing, and consulting.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market opportunities and client needs.
Representation and Networking:
- Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events, both locally and globally.
- Build a professional network to enhance the company's visibility and credibility in the industry.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company’s services and expertise.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, partners, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as outsourcing, outstaffing, and consulting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in global market expansion and partnership building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
