We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, to join our consultancy unit – DevelopmentAid, in our Chisinau office. The Business Development Manager handles company’s sales on the global scale, providing operational and account support for all international accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with potential clients and identify key decision-makers within these companies;
- Position and sell company’s services mainly to existing clients via email and phone conversations;
- Extend the existing clients database;
- Attend international conferences and meet the clients in person in order to negotiate new deals;
- Maintain strong relationships with contacts and develop further business from those client accounts.
Requirements:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills is an asset;
- Good communication skills, feeling comfortable on the phone and face to face with prospects;
- Working experience in the related field (sales) would be an advantage;
- Very good online research and computer skills;
- Hardworking, resourceful, pro-active and willing to learn along the working process.
