HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Business Development Manager
The company:
A foreign marketing agency operating internationally.
Key responsibilities:
• Represent company to the Clients;
• Make arrangements for a meeting with Clients;
• Conducting business telephone negotiations, including cold calls, and in-person visits;
• Participate in negotiations and business meetings;
• Achieve revenue targets and desired profitability levels;
• Responsible for meeting assigned sales volume and profitability objectives;
• Establish, develop and maintain strong partner relationships with Clients.
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• Cold calls skills;
• University Degree in Marketing, Economics, International Relations or other relevant education;
• 2+ years of the working experience in sales (preferably within FMCG Clients);
• Effective workload and time management skills, as well as ability to prioritize tasks;
• High energy, self-motivated and ambitious about getting results.
