Requirements:

understanding of U.S. transportation regulations, routes, and safety standards;
provide expert guidance to handle complex situations effectively;
ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients and team members;
provide assistance to resolve diverse issues and answer inquiries.;
availability to work from 12 AM to 8 AM;
upper Intermediate proficiency in English.
