Account Manager – Creative Agency

Main responsibilities:
- Business Correspondence with Agency Clients and Suppliers
- Elaboration of Internal Briefs on the basis of inquiries received from clients
- Distribution of jobs within the agency and to suppliers to achieve the objectives specified in Brief
- Organization of BTL events
- Control over jobs’ execution inside the Agency and by Suppliers
- Elaboration of Cost Estimates
- Elaboration of presentations and reports for Agency Clients
- Elaboration of internal reports and presentations
Main Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in economics
- Experience of at least 1 year in Client Service
- Experience in organizing BTL events
- Knowledge of Marketing and Advertising principles
- Strong English, Romanian, and Russian speaking and writing abilities
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet, E-mail
- Advanced communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Goal oriented
