UX Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a talented UX Designer willing to explore new capabilities and to learn and grow fast. The candidate will be integrate in a talented team of professionals, working in an engaging, fast-paced environment. The role is a fixed-term contract for a duration of one year.

• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to identify areas for UX improvement.
• Independently design and refine key user workflows to enhance user experience.
• Take ownership of small features from initial design to final delivery.
• Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and research synthesis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure designs align with business and user needs.
• Analyze user data to drive design improvements and optimize user experience.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for testing and validation, iterating based on feedback.
• Ensure accessibility and usability are integral parts of the design process.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, making necessary adjustments when required.
• Actively participate in client discussions, present design work under guidance, and gather feedback for iteration.
• Define user needs and flows, working with stakeholders to align on design decisions.
• Contribute to UI/UX designs and proactively suggest improvements.
• Follow and provide input on prioritization of design tasks and product features.
• Demonstrate resilience by navigating setbacks and escalating blockers when necessary.
• Participate in team discussions, share opinions, and engage in decision-making processes.
• Expand impact within the team through co-creation and constructive feedback.
• Ensure that design decisions support business goals and consider engineering constraints.
• Maintain reliability in delivering high-quality design work independently.
• Consistently meet expectations across projects and identify areas for process improvements
• Produce measurable impact through well-executed user-centered design solutions.

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and UX principles.
• Solid knowledge of UX processes and best practices.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and user research.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and drive design decisions.
• Innovative and creative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Understanding of how design impacts business goals and technical constraints.
• Ability to work independently and reliably deliver quality work.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving design processes.
