YOUR ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business acquisition and building long-lasting client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hunting for New Opportunities: Proactively reach out to key decision-makers using multiple channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Building a Pipeline: Generate self-driven leads and develop a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Consultative Selling: Research customer needs, position Travod as a strategic solution, and craft compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, secure new clients, and onboard them successfully.
- Driving Growth: Stay on top of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and share insights to refine our strategy.
- Maintaining Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and swiftly address any client concerns.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
- Proven Sales Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing on the US market, ideally in a services-based industry.
- Lead Generation Mastery: Experience in creating and nurturing a sales pipeline through prospecting, research, and outreach.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Confidence and skill in structuring win-win deals.
- Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of translation/localization processes and the challenges of global content will be an asset.
- Results Orientation: A track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- A Growth Mindset: Passion for learning and adapting to new trends and market dynamics.
