Role Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Unity Tech Lead & Team Leader to coordinate our Unity Developers team. You will play a crucial role in guiding the team, ensuring the implementation and optimization of mobile games developed in Unity. You will closely collaborate with the design and art teams to integrate visual elements and functionalities while optimizing game performance across various mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Unity developers’ team and provide technical support.
• Develop and implement mobile games using Unity.
• Create and optimize game mechanics and user interfaces (UI).
• Work closely with the design and art teams to integrate visual elements.
• Optimize game performance for mobile platforms (Android, iOS).
• Monitor team progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review code and implement best practices in software development.
• Continuously develop app functionalities and integrate new features.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile game development with Unity.
• Strong knowledge of C# and game architecture.
• Experience in performance optimization for mobile platforms (Android, iOS).
• Knowledge of UI/UX and asset integration in Unity.
• Experience with Addressable and scriptable objects.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
