What You'll Do
- Act as a key link between our internal teams and airline partners.
- Resolve booking-related cases by communicating directly with airlines.
- Support our Customer Experience team with clear and timely information.
- Track airline policy updates and apply them effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all case activities.
- Collaborate with your team to identify solutions and streamline processes.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written – C1 level).
- Clear thinking, great listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong written communication: structured, thoughtful, and professional.
- A detail-oriented, reliable approach to work.
- Willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and learn continuously.
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
- Comfortable using Google tools and PC applications.
