We're looking for the Talent aquisition specialist to join our team in Chisinau.

- Working hours 2 days per week from 09:00 till 18:00 (Moldova Time Zone) and 3 days per week from 12:00 till 21:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates through various platforms, job boards, social networks, and industry events.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Develop job descriptions, create and manage job postings on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, review resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and provide candidates with pre-interview materials or instructions.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms as necessary. Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize hiring decisions based on assessment and interview feedback.
- Onboarding Plan Implementation: Ensure that every employee is assigned an onboarding plan and monitor their progress. Complete the onboarding checklists and ensure that all logistical needs are met.
- New Hire Orientation: Organize orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and values.
- Employee Integration and Support: Support new hires in adjusting to their roles by answering questions and addressing any concerns.
Required competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and previous experience in recruitment is preferred
- Strong communication skills, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Familiarity with Power Point, G.Sheet, Microsoft, other digital/web tools are welcomed.
- English language required – upper intermediate and up.
