Specialist Resurse Umane / HR Specialist
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an administrative, communications or human resources role, with an ambition to advance and have an impactful career in HR
- Good knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations and procedures
- Experience planning meetings or events highly desirable
- Must know MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Foreign languages: English in verbal and written communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, rigorous, diplomatic, punctual person
- Ability to work in a team but also independently
- Implementing HR policies and practices in the field of personnel management for Mcdonald’s Moldova.
- Contributing to the development of strategies for People.
- Supporting staff recruitment and retention.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all the above-mentioned activities and their results.
