Responsibilities:

  • Development and support of complex frontend solutions based on React and Typescript, focused on high performance and ease of use;
  • Managing a team of frontend developers, including task planning, code review, mentoring and support of team members;
  • Participation in the design of application architecture and making decisions that affect the final product; Optimization of existing code and implementation of best practices to improve development efficiency;
  • Interact with the backend team, designers and other departments to ensure high-quality results;
  • Ensuring adherence to best development standards and code documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience as a frontend developer for at least 5 years, including at least 2 years working with React;
  • Higher education in ICT field or a related field;
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, proficiency in modern ES6+ standards;
  • In-depth knowledge of the React ecosystem: React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand, SSR/SSG;
  • Experience with RESTful API, understanding of the principles of frontend and backend integration;
  • Experience in managing a team of developers, including setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and supporting the team;
  • Experience working in a Scrum team;
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools and containers;
  • Ability to critically evaluate code, find bottlenecks and optimize processes.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience with Next.js, as well as other modern libraries and frameworks (Vue, Angular);
  • Experience with SSR/SSG and server rendering performance optimization;
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Experience in developing frontend architectures for scalable applications;
  • Experience using testing libraries (Jest, Cypress) to ensure code stability.
