Sales Support Agent

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Sales Support Agent to work with our International Partners.
The role will be responsible to deliver excellent service by treating efficiently and in a proactive way all kinds of customer requests within the Connectivity area.
what you will be doing:
Perform customer onboarding activities for an international partner:
- Connectivity products entry, activation, adjustment, and cease
- Case management (WOH, Clarify, oneSalesforce)
- Ad-hoc tasks (project-based, migrations, reports, clean-ups, etc.)
- Identify process errors and ensure seamless service delivery (including trouble shooting)
- Maintain and continuously improve the set individual objectives and to respect the defined SLAs of the performed activities
- Identify and propose continuous improvements and initiatives for the working process with the aim to increase the KPIs, decrease the AHT, automatization of the task etc.
- Ensure fast response to stakeholders’ enquiries and timely feedback and maintain a good interpersonal communication
- University Degree, preferably in a technical field
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken, knowledge of German, French or Italian is an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Office): good command of Excel and Word
- Self-organized and with a high sense of responsibility
- Focused on details, reliable and flexible
- With strong analytical and synthetic skills
