We're looking for a Safety manager to join our team in Chisinau.
Job Summary: To ensure the safety and compliance of all operations related to the transportation of goods.

- Working hours Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
- Implementing Safety Policies and Procedures
- Training and Education to drivers and employees
- Monitoring and Evaluating Safety Performance
- Accident Investigation and Reporting
- Managing Safety Equipment and Technology
- Knowledge of Regulations and Compliance (DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and other state and federal regulations)
- Safety Management Expertise (Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments)
- Accident Investigation and Analysis, Competence in educating employees on safety procedures, defensive driving, and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership skills to guide and influence the behavior of employees towards safety
- Strong analytical skills to identify safety issues and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English (B2-C1)
