Recruiter

We are a fast-growing company seeking a talented International Recruiter to join our team.

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining our network of external collaborators from around the globe. You will be instrumental in researching, negotiating, and managing relationships to support diverse project needs across the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Recruiter in our company, you will:

• Research and identify new leads to ensure alignment with each project's requirements.
• Negotiate favourable rates and terms tailored to the specific needs of various projects.
• Maintain regular communication with all external collaborators to ensure clear understanding and alignment with project goals.
• Manage and assign tasks to external collaborators, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and expectations.
• Support the invoice processing and documentation to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Strive for high retention rates among external collaborators through effective relationship management and problem resolution.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assist with other interview coordination when necessary

Requirements:

• Langues Needed: Romanian and Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the Russian language is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
