We are looking for a Permit Specialist for Oversized Load Trucks to join our team and facilitate the permit issuance process for our fleet, particularly for trucks carrying oversized or overweight loads.

Your job description:

• Permit Acquisition: Obtain required permits for oversized, overweight, or special loads across various states or regions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state, local, and federal regulations about oversized load permits.
• Document Management: Accurately complete, submit, and track all permit documentation.
• Route Planning Support: Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to assist in planning compliant and efficient routes.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for relevant regulatory agencies, maintaining good relationships to streamline the permit process.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and accessible records of all permits issued and received.

Requirements:

• Fluent, conversational English
• No experience required. WE PROVIDE TRAINING!
• Open-minded and fast-learning person
• Long term worker
• Good user of Microsoft Office
