Media Expert

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Media Expert.

About the role:
We are looking for a Media Expert to lead our media planning and execution, ensuring maximum commercial impact and budget efficiency. You will work closely with marketing teams and our media agency to develop and implement high-impact campaigns.

• Manage the communications and media planning process to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget
• Responsible for developing and implementing the media roadmap, working with marketing teams to identify priorities and assign appropriate budget to each activity
• Ensure maximum commercial impact through optimal budget allocation and efficiency across all media
• Brief, supervise and control Orange’s media agency and constantly seeking opportunities for budget optimization through negotiation and effective buying
• Coordinate activity across the advertising team to ensure team members are briefed and creative meets media deadlines
• Conduct post-analyses and monitoring of media spend, with regular reporting to management with recommendations on improving efficiency
• Conduct and analyze media research and media trends in Moldova, proactively addressing knowledge gaps
• Manage appropriate budget lines and ensure all administrative issues (incl. payments to suppliers) are timely processed in line with Orange procedure

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within an industry or service company
• Strong understanding of the Moldovan media landscape
• Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and digital marketing metrics
• Experience managing large advertising budgets
• Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills
• Creative, proactive, and a true team player
