About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the US market to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our brand and product/service offerings to achieve business goals.
• Conduct in-depth research on our brand, offerings, and market landscape.
• Create and manage a detailed marketing calendar and a 12-month action plan.
• Independently implement marketing initiatives, including content creation and campaign management.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, particularly for PPC campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify successful strategies, and implement optimization changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in creating and managing marketing calendars and action plans.
• Hands-on experience in executing marketing initiatives, including content creation and campaign management.
• Familiarity with managing third-party agencies for PPC campaigns.
• Analytical skills to test, measure, and optimize marketing activities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
