Junior HR Specialist
Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 1000 trucks on the roads.
Boekestijn Transport Service trucks have traveled just about everywhere; from the Ural Mountains to the Strait of Gibraltar and from Turkey to Finland. It’s the challenge for Boekestijn Transport Service to fulfill all your wishes. Whether it is the transportation of a Formula 1 car to the racing circuit in Monza or the Dutch National football team’s footballs that are needed in Belarus.

In this role you will:
In this role you will:
- Prepare, store, and distribute employee work contracts;
- Enter and update employee records in company systems;
- Manage and update employee permits and required documents in external platforms;
- Oversee the loading and recovery of funds on company-issued debit cards;
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
- University degree (a background in Economics will be an advantage);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- English language proficiency (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage);
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
