- Providing first-level support for software, hardware, and network issues to ensure smooth operations across the company.
- Responding promptly to user inquiries through VoIP, email, or chat, offering clear solutions to technical challenges.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, escalating more complex issues when necessary, to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating the helpdesk ticketing system, tracking issues and resolutions to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Assisting clients in setting up user accounts and configuring workstations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Conducting basic training sessions for employees, guiding them through IT procedures and software use to enhance their productivity.
- Educational Background: University degree, preferably in IT or technical fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English & Romanian.
- Proactive & Reliable: A results-driven, dependable individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure users' satisfaction.
- Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to continuously improve skills and gain new knowledge.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
- Advanced Windows OS Skills: Proficient at an advanced-user level. Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus.
- Microsoft Office Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Networking & Wireless: Basic understanding of networking and wireless technologies.
- Troubleshooting Abilities: Ability to solve software, hardware, and network issues.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with HCL Notes/Domino and basic knowledge of Windows Server/Linux OS (e.g., troubleshooting AD services, DNS, DHCP) is an advantage.
