IT Project Manager

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of IT Project Manager to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Measure project performance and report progress using appropriate tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure successful project and system launches.
• Oversee Change Requests (CRs) and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor proposals, RFPs, and technical assessments.

what we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience of managing multiple IT Telecom projects in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience working with RFI/ RFP
• Strong negotiating, influencing, organizing and communication skills
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful techniques (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology will be an asset)
• Extensive knowledge of the development lifecycle
• Experience in budgetary control and resource allocation
• Very strong customer and end-user orientation
• Proficiency in English
