About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the systems that support our business operations, including ERP and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Ability to implement, maintain, and optimize ERP systems to streamline business operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ensuring seamless integration between CRM and other business systems.
• Managing databases, user accounts, permissions, and data organization.
• Providing IT support for back-office operations.
• Basic maintenance of our website using platforms like WordPress.

Requirements:

• Proven ERP system experience (Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar).
• Basic database and user management skills.
• General IT support and website maintenance experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
