What You Will Do:

• Manage Existing Integrations: Oversee and enhance current integrations with global partners, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead New Integration Projects: Drive the technical strategy for evaluating and onboarding new partner integrations, from concept to implementation.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up with technological trends to optimize integrations, making them scalable and future-proof.
• Problem-solving & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve potential integration challenges, implementing proactive solutions to prevent future issues.

Preferrable Background:

• eCommerce Systems Expertise: Solid experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Etsy.
• API Mastery: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including authentication, data formats (JSON, XML), and performance optimization.
• Technical Integration Skills: Hands-on experience managing integrations between different platforms or systems.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken, for working with internal and external partners.
• Creative Problem Solver: A proactive mindset for solving challenges and driving innovation.
• Interest in AI: Enthusiasm for AI technologies and using them to improve processes and integrations.
