Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Manager

Service Ability Request：

• Manage project Implementation and technical control of its suppliers or partners;
• Ability to lead and operate the project;
• Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans;
• Provides information solutions for the development of new projects;
• Overseeing the security of ICT systems;
• Identify the workflow and resource requirements for a particular process;
• Assist in the management of client relationships for ICT services.

Business Skills Requirements:

• Technical higher education;
• After-sales service and technical service experience is preferred;
• Good oral and written English/Chinese skills;
• Ability to work in a multicultural, inclusive and equitable environment;
• Excellent communication skill and team player.

Professional Knowledge Requirement:

• Practical experience in the delivery and execution of ICT services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ICT projects and teams;
• Experience with Project operation and management knowledge;
• Familiar with Huawei solution.
