HR Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention. You will play a key part in fostering a positive work environment, conducting 1:1 meetings, and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction. Your expertise in HR processes and labor laws will ensure smooth hiring, compliance, and professional growth opportunities for our team.

Requirements from you: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of local labor laws.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Experience negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

As an HR Manager, you will: 

• Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads on hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
• Handle employee hiring, process resignations, sick leaves and dismissals in accordance with legal requirements.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to address concerns and provide support.
• Organize and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
