Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage activities related to the organization's personnel, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Moldova and company policies.
• Provide strategic guidance to employees at all levels on policy interpretation, career development, and employee relationship matters.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and the company.
• Utilize data to enhance employee engagement through training, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Conduct both exit and employment interviews.
• Promote the company as an attractive employer to current and prospective employees.
• Cultivate positive relationships with management, employees, colleagues, and vendors to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Republic of Moldova
• Ability to provide strategic HR guidance to employees at all levels
• Experience in managing onboarding processes and enhancing employee engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
