• Advertising and Recruitment: Proficiency in creating, posting, and managing job ads across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Applicant Screening: Skill in filtering and following up with potential candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Interviewing and Contract Signing: Conducting interviews and negotiating contracts with successful candidates.
• Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
• Pay Rate Negotiation: Experience in negotiating and agreeing on competitive pay rates.
• Driver Recruitment: Ability to recruit drivers with the necessary skills and qualifications.
• Social Media Management: Maintaining an active presence on social media platforms to attract potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
